Merge Dragons! Challenges Players to Climb the Magical Treasure Tower!
San Mateo, CA – August 31, 2022 – Zynga Inc., a wholly-owned publishing label of Take-Two Interactive (NASDAQ: TTWO) and a global leader in interactive entertainment, today announced that Merge Dragons!, the hit puzzle adventure game from Gram Games, has launched Treasure Tower, a new feature where players can climb a magical tower floor-by-floor, revealing mystery rewards. These prizes become more valuable as players climb higher, but with each floor there’s a risk of losing all accumulated treasure, so players must choose wisely!
In Merge Dragons! players hatch and nurture dragons who use their powers to heal mystical land and recharge their energy in their Dragon Camp home base. In Treasure Tower, the Zomblins have captured rare dragons and it is up to the players to rescue them! With this new update, players can not only claim new treasures as they make their way up the tower, but also free a magical creature if they make it to the top. Each floor will have four mystery rewards to choose from. However, one of the four possible rewards is a Zomblin, adding a strategic choice. If the Zomblin is revealed, the player loses all progress and rewards up to that point and must start over from the ground floor. Players are able to stop at any time and claim their rewards, but this will also reset their progress back to the ground floor.
Treasure Tower will include multiple events and themes with limited time rewards and new dragons to rescue based on these events.
“The new Treasure Tower feature symbolizes our goal to keep challenging players and introduce new premium features that expand the in-game experience in Merge Dragons!,” said Eren Yanik, Chief Product Officer at Gram Games. “The risk-reward element of the tower gameplay offers a thrilling strategic challenge with a goal of freeing a rare dragon by reaching the top.”
Merge Dragons! is available to download free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, as well as Google Play. For more information about Merge Dragons! visit the game’s community channels on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
