SAN FRANCISCO, August 6, 2021 – Zynga Inc. (Nasdaq: ZNGA), a global leader in interactive entertainment, announced the appointment of Amy Rawlings to the position of Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). Reporting to Ger Griffin, Chief Financial Officer at Zynga, Rawlings oversees Zynga’s global accounting operations, financial reporting and payroll functions.

Since joining Zynga in 2010, Rawlings has held positions of increasing responsibility across its global accounting operations while building and leading a talented team consisting of over 40 members across various functions. Prior to joining Zynga, Rawlings was an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young LLP. Rawlings is a Certified Public Accountant in California and holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
