Top Eleven Celebrates World Championship Football With Massive In-Game Update
Zynga Inc., a wholly-owned publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and a global leader in interactive entertainment, today announced an exciting seasonal update to Nordeus’ popular Top Eleven football management game that celebrates the upcoming world football competition
Available now through November 28, players can celebrate the world championship with a new in-game tournament, Penalty Clash. Players can choose to represent one of 32 available nations to compete in a high-stakes penalty kick challenge to win incredible rewards and, of course, bragging rights.
Players will represent the country of their choice as they step onto the pitch and compete for one of the top spots in their chosen country. Those who win the highest medal count in their groups will join an elite national team comprising the top 1,000 players from their chosen country.
Penalty Clash participants will begin the competition with a starting level shooter and goalkeeper, with each match played in one of Top Eleven’s world championship arenas and difficulty levels ranging from easy to expert.
“The Penalty Clash minigame brings players to the pitch for a global tournament during the most exciting time of the year for football fans everywhere,” said Marko Jevtić, Top Eleven Game Lead. “We can’t wait to celebrate that spirit of competition with our fans in Top Eleven as they test their skills in pressure-filled penalty kick situations. See if you have what it takes to make football history!”
