What’s the best advice you can give to someone that has just started their career?

Find what you enjoy in your job and cultivate it. If you love coding in a particular language, keep practicing it in your spare time—even if your job doesn’t require it. Pursue your passions, focus on what brings you joy, and continue exploring new concepts.
