Mastering the art of negotiation and meeting people where they are has proven essential to achieving shared goals and fostering successful outcomes.

Always treat everyone with honesty and respect, and let integrity guide your actions. At the end of the day, you need to look in the mirror and feel confident that you acted ethically and did your very best in every situation.
How would you describe the culture at Zynga?
The culture at Zynga is what drew me to the company and is what keeps me here. Everyone is always willing to support and help their fellow team members and there’s never a sense of ego or hierarchy when working with others.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
The people and our combined spirit to build great games that our players will enjoy and the delight they get from playing our games.
What is your favorite aspect of being part of Veterans at Zynga?
What I value most about being part of the zERG groups is the strong sense of community and the feeling of belonging to a group that shares common social values and perspectives.
What is it like being diverse in gaming?
Being a minority in several aspects of the gaming career field, I take it as part of my responsibility to be a role model for others to aspire to and to mentor the next generation of people of color, veterans, and those who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
